Dear Clients,
As of March 21, the province will be lifting the mandatory mask requirement that has been in place. It is our decision at EGAH to continue with a mandatory masking protocol for clients that are coming into the clinic for their scheduled appointments. Since we work in such close proximity in our exam rooms, the safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance. We want to ensure that veterinary care can continue to be offered, as an infection in our staff could lead to clinic closure.
At this time, we are allowing clients to accompany their pets for doctor and technician appointments. Please be advised that we have limited capacity with only two exam rooms and doctor appointments will take priority. If our exam rooms are full, clients who are scheduled for a technician appointment will be asked to wait outside while a technician brings their pet inside. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to alert our staff that you have arrived. When we are ready for you, you will be waived inside.
Clients wishing to pick up food, medications or other products will still be required to do so curbside. Please call to alert our staff that you are here and someone will bring your items out to you. Payment for curbside pick-ups can be done over the phone or outside. We will be re-evaluating our protocols on a weekly basis.
Our business hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 am-7 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am-12:30 pm and CLOSED Sundays.
If you or any member of your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have recently travelled or have been in contact with anyone who has travelled, please advise our staff immediately.
